Tom restored our large historic home following a fire. His team was able to beautifully rebuild our double fireplace and historic mantles and ornate mounding. It takes a special contractor to be able to bring historic elements up to code without losing the home's architectural integrity, and we appreciate Tom's work with quality subcontractors and the building inspectors to make it happen. He also worked hard to keep us on schedule so that we could move home as quickly as possible. We are so grateful to be back in our home thanks to Tom and his team!

I was having a bit of a hard time even finding someone who was willing to take on this job as it was out of the realm of most building contractors in both New Haven, and Middlesex Counties. Mr. Forte was not at all put off by what we needed done to a 100 + year old barn when we moved onto this farm at that time. He was always on time to any appointments made with us, was courteous and attentive and always listened to what we stated was needed for our project.

During our work relationship with Tom Forte over a 4-month period, we experienced working with an honest, truthful man of his word who delivered what he promised. If ever there was a delay in something, Mr. Forte made it a point to let us know, the reason why and gave a reasonable timeframe for its completion. Mr. Forte made sure we were completely .satisfied with all his work and the job done to completion. His integrity and care for his work is certainly superior and exemplary.

In 2016 when we were living in Branford Connecticut, and shortly after we had purchased our home my wife and I decided to do a major renovation and addition.

After meeting with Tom Forte owner of Construction Solutions we decided to move forward.

The renovation consisted of reconfiguring the interior floor plan to make it more open for our lifestyle, a new kitchen and three bathrooms.

For the addition we added a master bedroom suite with a large dressing room and bathroom containing his and her vanities and large walk-in shower.

Throughout the whole process Tom was engaged with every phase of the build and communicated with us on an ongoing basis. He was always available when we reached out to him.

He and his crew were a pleasure to work with, and the workmanship was impeccable. His sincerity and honesty were very refreshing.

We have since moved out of state and purchased a new home which we renovated. If we could have taken Tom with us to renovate our new home, we would have.

During the process of renovating our new home we reached out to Tom several times for his input, and he was always available.

I am writing this letter of reference for Tom Forte.

We contracted Tom to remove a wall between the kitchen and dining room. He did a great job and delivered a beautiful kitchen and coffee bar.

Shortly after the job was complete my mother-in-law who was living in Florida was having health problems and we had to figure out a way to bring her here to live with us.

Tom sat with us and designed a beautiful in-law apartment separated by an all­season porch and large deck. It gave my mother-in-law a beautiful home while maintaining both of our privacy.
